Hi Robin, We got our beloved Gracie Lou from you a few years ago. She is a Pug-Bassett and we absolutely love her. I religously watch your "puppies available" site to see if you have any more Pug-Bassetts. Iknow Puggles are the "in" thing but from what I hear a lot of them are hyper. Gracie has never been hyper and my friends say I must have made deal with the devil as she was unbelievably easy to house train. That being said, she's going to be 4 years old this summer and I'm thinking about a playmate. How old is the doxie you are showing on the pups available page? She might be a good fit for our family. Dear Robin,

Just wanted to drop you a note -- we purchased the apricot male havanese-poo from you about two weeks ago. I have two sons; one who is allergic to dogs. My son just returned to college, but he was able to spend a week with the "Chief" and he no problems with his allergies. We are keeping are fingers crossed that he'll continue to do well with Chief when he returns home on his spring break.

Now for the "Chief". He's an adorable, lovable dog who is so friendly and loves people (especially young kids). I think he is adjusting to his new home - he seems more comfortable now! He is eating well and loves to take walks and investigate his new neighborhood. He goes to bed at night in his cage and we don't hear a sound from him until the early morning. We are working on house training him - he's getting used to our yard; but he doesn't like to be left alone outside. I had him to the vet - he's healthy and well - and I will schedule his neutering in a few weeks. He has his first appointment with the groomer on Monday and I have register him for puppy classes to start in early March.

Just wanted to let you know he is well-loved.

P.S. I see from your website that his sister was adopted - and the other darling dog we were considering was too. We were glad to see that and I'm sure that they went to good homes.

Hi Robin, I adopted a little male Puggle almost 3 years ago. He looks mostly Pug and is still as sweet and cute as he was at 11 weeks old when he came to live with us. I named him Spanky and today he is 3 years old. He makes rounds with me at the nursing homes and sits with patients young and old while they get chemotherapy. He is loving, active, affectionate, obedient, a little stubborn at times and very communicative. He's very healthy. Just wanted to say, "thanks" again for this wonderful soul who touches so many lives in a great way. I hope you don't just think about yourself as a dog breeder. What you do is so very important. He is a schnauzer/yorkie mix - but he's growing up to look more schnauzer and is just adorable. He's 16 weeks now and 8 lbs 7 oz. We took him with us to Minnesota to visit family over New Years and he did just fine in the 7 hr car ride and only 2 potty accidents over the 4 days we were there. He just had his last puppy shots and the vet said he's just a healthy great little guy. My husband and I think he is just a joy and we spoil him endlessly! We're still working on the potty training - but things are good. We're going to watch your website for future schnauzer/yorkie pups as we're thinking he may need a little brother or sister companion later in the spring after we've accomplished potty training. Brandon and I got Maddux (M Yorkie Poo) from you back in January of this year. He just turned one last month and is doing great. Cutest personality, friendly with everyone, healthy and the love of our lives. When we got him from you, you so kindly included a few toys for him. One toy in particular has stood the test of time as opposed to everything else we buy that gets chewed up. The toy is a plastic, squeaky octopus. Do you by chance have any more of these? Or anything else similar to it? We are more than happy to pay you for it - as we cannot seem to find anything like it or of the same material. Please let me know. Well, Louie is almost 6 months old. We are having so much fun with him. He is really such a nice puppy. I never knew how much I would love a dog! Hope you are doing well. We tell everyone where we got Louie! Everyone stops us to tell us how cute he is!

Anyway, I still have not been able to find the same brand of the bully sticks that you carry. You were so sweet to send me a few last time I asked, but I really wanted to pay you for them.

Do you stock a lot of the bully sticks? If so, I would buy 6-12 of them from you. I want to pay you and you can charge me shipping or I can give you my fed ex #. Let me know if this is something you do or can do. I have been to all the large chains and many of the smaller pet stores and I can't find the brand that you have. Louie really likes them and they keep him busy for a long time, so he does not chew on any of the furniture!!

Robin, I got a black and white puggle from you at the beginning of July- Wrigley. I absolutely love her! I get stopped numerous times on every outing because people think she is soooo cute! My family loves her too and she has lots of doggie friends in the neighborhood too. People ask me all the time where i got her because of her unusual coloring for a puggle, so i was just curious if you will be getting any puggles from the same breeder in the near future or any other puggles. i just noticed that you haven't had any for a long while and none on the way...so I'm just curious.

Just wanted to thank you for our Yorkie Bichon that we got from you a few weeks ago. We named her Amber (since our last name is Gers she's Amber Gers "say it fast... Hamburgers".
Amber is sweet and we are both quite happy. She's so socialized and goes up to other dogs and puts both of her paws on their faces and kisses them. It's so funny!

We purchased a female cockapoo from you in June of 2006. As I am sure you hear this often, we truly love "Penny" our cockapoo and are so grateful to have gotten such a wonderful dog from you. FYI--Izzy (Isabella) is most likely the sweetest most adorable dog on this earth! I am totally in love with her as is the rest of my family. She is so special, Marcel even likes her (and that is not an easy task to accomplish). Marcel and Izzy run around and play like two crazy puppies. Kipper, our Schnoodle pup that we got from you last week, is settling in quite nicely. He is a delight and not near as much "trouble" as I expected. Our vet said that he was a very happy, well tempered and healthy little puppy! You do a fantastic job with your pups and are a true professional.

I have one question. As he is a Schnoodle, is his mother a Schnauzer and his father a Poodle -- or is it the other way around?

Izzy (Isabella) is the cutest, sweetest, most adorable puppy ever! Are all the bichon-poodle mixes this content? She is so easy going for a pup, I can't believe it. Marcel has been an 'only child' for almost 8 years (my toy poodle) and even he seems to like her. Most of the time they peacefully co-exist and there are some great moments when they romp and play. A lot of the time, however, Marcel is concerned with remaining the top dog, so a little growling occurs, but overall, things are very good considering it's only been a few days. Thank you so much for Izzy and I have a feeling some of my sisters may want duplicate Izzy's in the future. We're all in love with her! I also wanted to ask you--what shampoo did you use on her? Here is a picture of CoCo sitting on her Aunty's shoulder. Everyone just loves CoCo! I am a teacher and my husband brought her to my classroom on Valentine's Day and now CoCo is famous! Hi Robin,

You asked to see a picture of Zoey (cocker bichon) as she grew up. She is a little sweetie. Potty trained awesome. She tips the bell with her nose whenever she needs to go and its great.

Loves long walks. Still loves to bite the bottom of my pant legs. Nobody else just me. Once I could get her to stop that she will be perfect. Any other ideas? She will be 8 months old Feb 1. She has a great personality. When she hears music or birds on the TV she just stares at it. The lottery came on channel 9 Friday night and she went to the edge of the bed and just watched it. I told my husband I wonder if she bought a ticket.

Trying to talk my husband into another one. All he says is will see. I would love to get another Cocker Bichon.

Hi Robin:

I took Missy to the vet yesterday, and the vet said she was the healthiest dog she has seen in a while. She was very complimentary of how well you took care of her. Also, she's doing better with going on the pad. I confine her to a small area during the day and most of the night. She yelped loud early this morning, so of course, I put her in the bed with me.

She met my brother's Brittany Spaniel, and he adores her. He was playing with her, and she kept up with him. She is so adorable and again I thank you so much.

Mocha (like Jamocha for his coloring) everyone loves him and even the vet wanted your name (so you might get some referrals from him at Glen Ellyn Animal Hospital) because he thought he was such a nice dog and was interested in you..impressive! Mocha is doing well...besides the initial hard first few weeks...just wondering people tell me conflicting things with the crate...is it better to have him in it in another room barking at night (which we have) or in your bedroom...I thought outside of your room is better I think he would still bark if he was in our room

My son has named his new puppy Kirby. Everyone has just fallen in love with this little guy – what a personality!!!
Even our Golden Retreiver, Buddy, thinks he is the best thing! Kirby has taken Buddy for walks (we left the leash on Buddy
in case we needed to separate “the boys”). Anyway, Kirby grabs Buddy’s leash and then “takes him for a walk” around the
main floor. It is so cute!!! There has been no aggressiveness between the two dogs, even when one has taken the other’s toy/bone.

I have a couple of quick questions for you (sorry).

We have given Kirby his first bath, I was surprised at how calm he was during this. Is there something you can recommend for keeping the area around Kirby’s eyes clean. Are there any special wipes that are available that won’t irritate his eyes? Or do you just use a damp cloth?

Where is the micro-chip inserted in Kirby?

Can you tell me what kind of shampoo you use to bathe the puppies. We really liked how good Kirby smelled when we got him – he was so clean!

Kirby has met several of our neighbors and they were so impressed by how content and clean he was. I have given your website address to several people and let them know what a great experience we had in getting Kirby.

Hi Robin, Spanky-18 month old male Puggle is doing great. He's well on his way to becoming a therapy dog. He is very smart and very loving. When my patients are crying he hops up on the couch and sits right next to them I didn't teach him that. He also get's along great with other dogs no matter what size and is VERY gentle around babies. My children's brain tumor/leukemia group loves him. I've not seen a Puggle that looks like Spanky i.e. he is about 65% Pug and the rest Beagle including the howling like a Beagle(rarely)(lol). I hope you remember him. This is Karen...my family and I came in last Saturday and bought a male cockapoo. I just had to write you and tell you how great he's doing and how much we love him! We named him Jake. cockapoo on 2/15/04. When I called you Wednesday night, I forgot to tell you what we named him.
We named him Santino and we call him Sonny. He is just adorable. We love
him so much. He is getting along great! I was wondering if you could email the sire & dam's pure bred
registration numbers. I want to register him with the NAPCB and they need the

Last night we attended Puppy Kindergarten and the instructor highly recommended we wait to get another Cockapoo puppy until Mitsie (our 10 week old Cockapoo) is trained. I apologize for any inconvenience, however, I wanted to let you know because we are very interested in another light colored 10-17# Cockapoo in a short time.

Hi Robin,
My daughter, Shannon, purchased a silky poo from you in 11/02. She is adorable and we all love her. She is black (really greyish) with golden paws and a little crop of white curly hair on top of her head. Anyway we are looking for either a female silky poo or a yorkie poo. Are their temperaments the same? We see you have some yorkie poos in Feb and March. Are the female yorkie poos that you will have available black with gold paws and are they smaller than the silky poo? Will their hair turn white on their heads? Does that mean their mother was a white poodle? Do you know what color the mother(poodle) of the yorkie poos is? Shannon is moving out so we have to get our own puppy. By the way, two teachers that she teaches with at Woodland school bought puppies from you because they liked Shannons.

Robin – I am sure you don’t remember every customer who found their best friend through you, but we think of Pups4Kids
often and visit the website weekly. At the end of last April Chris Ford and I bought a black toy poodle puppy from you.
I have included the picture you took of us on the first day we brought him home and a picture from today, his first birthday.
We are so happy with Chubby, our pup that we would like to add another to our family. Chris and I are looking for a female
toy poodle (preferably not white) to bring home in the spring. I figured now would be a good time to email you and see if you
could keep an eye out with your breeders that may be having litters around this time. Ideally we would like to get our new
pup between 8-10 weeks old. Please let me know if you think you will be able to contact a breeder with a litter that may
be a possibility for us. We have enjoyed dealing with pups4kids in the past and hope to work with you to get our new pup soon.
